HOURLY RATE: Upon Request
COSTS: Costs, if any, will be determined based upon the nature of the matter and agreement of the parties, and will be incorporated into a retention agreement.
FIXED FEE MATTERS: Half-day or full-day rates as well as fixed fee retentions can be considered based upon the nature of the matter and agreement of the parties.
